- skinny01, on 06/21/2009, -0/+1Not everyone can move fast on a bike or wants to. I've seen a group of teenagers jump an old man strolling along on his bike. All it takes is to get forced into a corner, you can't exactly run over someone like you could in a car. Or for the person to get right in front of you, pretty easy to knock someone off of a bike.
Also, some people do just like a leisurely stroll and don't want to be sweaty by the time they get to their destination.
