Sucks for that guy, that insurance company ows him the entire total + damages for stress caused by their incompetence + pain and suffering for damages in the accident. - jhuebel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0My experience dealing with insurance companies in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita has taught me one thing: they don't give a crap about you. Good luck in getting what you are rightfully owed. I'm afraid you're headed for litigation, but I'm adding my digg in support of your efforts. Let's hope 21st Century gets the message.
