To say that Demonoid is a thing of the past is completely false, as you apparently do not read any of the forums relating to demonoid, or look at the numbers of demonoid related downloads. I think the fear is that we will lose demonoid again, which would just be sad because it is the best "private" (I know that it is not really private) tracker out there.
You just can't bash Demonoid... It is like bashing John Wayne for being in a Western Movie. True, he didn't invent westerns, but he sure did make them damn well...

The problem is they can make Embratel block it too and then the whole country is not gonna be able to access it. It's just ridiculous that the only international connection for Brazil is through ***** Embratel.
