RIAA's Attempt to Get Info from Univ. of New Mexico Rejected by Court

recordingindustryvspeople.blog… — The RIAA's "ex parte" motion to get student information from the University of New Mexico was shot down by a federal judge, who said there's no reason for the RIAA's motion to be "ex parte". He denied the motion and ordered the RIAA to confer with the University to work out a way for the students to get notice BEFORE the motion is heard.
