  • stanley232305, on 12/17/2007, -0/+0This = The biggest downfall in the RIAA's litigation campaign against alleged infringers. I don't know how many states have laws requiring a specific license to conduct private investigations, but I imagine there are many more besides Texas. I have not seen the record companies back down over many issues, but this is obviously going to be a big problem for them.
