- bigfkncee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Are you being sarcastic? i hope so....
- geminitojanus, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4*bzzt* try again. MAFIAA have sued hundreds of people who don't own computers, have never used computers, and/or dead people.
- neutrascrub, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I'm at University of Wisconsin -Eau Claire and nobody really cares.
- zhixiong, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"Our artists are suffering from (invisible) loss of revenue"
- gcnaddict, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3403 eh?
I see what they did there. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I wish more artists would take a stance against the RIAA. This really needs to stop.
- Anakashar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2They wanted to, but they couldn't find the address to send the letter.
- jonzaleg, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Couldn't they find a 404th?
- extr3mer, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4@Jonzaleg: The 404th one could not be found.
- zyklon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Wow, we could almost start setting our watches to the lawsuits.
- aliguana, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1...but... but... I just bought a couple of albums from iTunesPlus. You mean I can't download it?
- polyphonic, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1buried you can only edit comments for 120 seconds, not 24 hrs
- elizabethmuelle, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2OMG, you're part of the problem...its BOTH DEMs and REPs. It was Harry Reid, the senate majority leader who tried to mandate anti-p2p filtering technology on the "Top 10" piracy campus. http://www.news.com/8301-10784_3-9749071-7.html
They each pit us against the other party while they both rob us blind and carry out the agenda of their donors. Why do u think farmers get billions in subsidies to artificially inflate their crop prices or that pot is STILL illegal? Wake up bro, because the RIAA BS will be the same under any Pres administration. - ivanvanderbyl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yarr
- MercedRocks, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Exactly. Sorry to tell you the NEOCONs aren't the bogeyman, they're not responsible for everything, and hell they've proven to be too incompetent to be.
The RIAA has both DEMs and REPs in its back pocket. Wake up and smell the illegal file-sharing - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yes they do, those people usually settle to avoid a lengthy much more expensive lawsuit, exactly as the MAFIAA intended. This is called Extortion.
- darkism, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Go Purdue!
- ivanvanderbyl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Lucky that, because im the 405th. You aint never gonna find me.
- wisie, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1thumbs up because you must have sore fingers after writing all of that
- tundra721, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1that's where the RIAA graduated from 20 years ago...
- Greymoon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Hey Bob, downloading IS NOT ILLEGAL, downloading is NOT STEALING, uploading or providing copyrighted material without authorization is a violation of copyright law in some countries.. Is it really that hard to understand? Although you have a constitutional right to be a dumb ass, quit being a dumb ass.
- DryerCombo, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1I think he already made that joke.
- Invalice, on 10/10/2007, -3/+3lol... try sueing a Harvard law student.
- madroneDorf, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Maybe people should stop downloading music then!
- maths, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Haven't you heard of "404 not found"?
- hiphoc, on 10/10/2007, -8/+8Just to let you know. Hillary Rosen who is now a republican talking head, was the president of the RIAA. The heads of most these bastard corps and agencies are neocon operatives. They get their fax from the GOP as to what to do and who to do it to. I wonder what connections to the administration the current RIAA head has. Its about disturbing people, sucking money out of your pocket and making people feel uneasy and uncomfortable even in their own homes. Call me crazy, but what if homeland security gives info through a back door contact to the RIAA. Then students who may be a little too politically active or some other variable that the US Stasi dont approve of get put on a list. They send out the list to the RIAA or some other non-gov agency to harass and destroy peoples lives. I mean, think about it, all the info Fatherland Security is collecting... Its not all for terrorism. Its to see who is a threat to the system isn't it? I dont know, maybe all this fascism is making me a little nervous. But none of us ever thought we would have a dictator and another Vietnam right? So lets think outside the box here people. There has got to be more to this RIAA *****. Its bad publicity, legal fees are crazy high and they are basically trying to bail out a sinking boat with a paper cup. So why take on a war you know you are going to lose. And yes, we are losing in Iraq, but thats about money, shutting off Iraqi oil and keeping gas prices high. Who is profiting of the RIAA hunt. Not the artists, since when does the music industry care about artists? Ask questions, demand answers.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+1Countdown until you get laid 100 years... 99 years 364 days..
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0A Harvard law student...what's that a new name for a pussy, coward, traitor?
- madroneDorf, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0neocon?
god would people stop using neocon as the stand in for any goverment / political force they don't like.
Neocons politcal philosophy is differenated based upon their approach to foreign policy - Fingertips, on 10/10/2007, -3/+1lol! voat RON PAUL 2008! Hes for civil libertees!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+0Sounds good to me. Breaking the law is a Liberal thing and you gotta pay the consequences Skippy.
