seriously though, how in ***** does the Stockholm District Court hope to leverage legal jurisdiction over citizens outside their country's borders, in a company that does not operate in their country and when they can't even verify who is actually operating the site anyway?
ah well, they give us all a laugh i guess.. carry on boys, the internets await your next pointless endeavour to govern a global body of individuals without having any legal jurisdiction whatsoever.
afaik, there currently hosted at the cyberbunker but a quick look at their site shows that the bunker is currently for sale.. no doubt the Dutch authorities will order the site to be taken down when enough pressure is applied by the MAFIAA but then TPB will simply jump ship again, it's a ceaseless cat and mouse game across the globe, how do they ever hope to succeed?! - Iceman21, on 10/29/2009, -2/+17If you visit demonoid.com the page will tell you, down for maintenance and some added news.
