- SinatraNight, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I assume most any image, especially those for the purposes of PR or advertising has been extensively photoshopped.
- alpine77, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is common place in the ad world. If you saw a picture of a super model or a politician before it was touched up in photoshop you would not believe they are the same person. Same with buildings in this case.
- jltyler, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0im from detroit and a lot of those buildings in that picture are now condos. Almost all the housing within immediate surroundig of the field are renovated, except for the housing projects across the street.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They did add lights to some parts.
I live in Detroit.
In the pic a lot of the abandoned buildings that are without power have lights on, they did photoshop that - alexander000, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0wow. they added lights.
i wish we had the power to undigg stuff. - lepht, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0You can undigg from your profile, if enought people did so I believe the story would be removed from the front page.
- LuxFX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They didn't "add lights". They simply had a long exposure time on the camera! This is obviously the case, because of the blurred clouds. It does look like they touched up the abandoned buildings, but the rest of the picture is simple photography.
