It was designed to do exactly what it does... which is straps her breasts down so that they don't get in the way. I mean, honestly, I'd prefer that to the Amazon way... If her breasts really were as buoyant as the movie poster suggests in the face of such leather-clad cruelty, they'd simply hurt more, and clearly be fake. She's got modest boobs. Moving on..

I remember hearing about another big name actress (who's name escapes me) that refuses to do any photoshoots with a certain magazine. The magazine retouched a photo of her standing in front of the mirror. But they forgot to retouch her reflection making it obvious how much they had done. Another example would be Uma Thurman. Her face doesn't fit the standard definition of beautiful, but her "flaws" makes her beautiful.

- digitarius, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9She's really not *that* flat chested. The costume applies what you might call the "duct tape" affect, which means it's smushing the boobs down flat. (Natural breasts are cool like that) It's hard to see the bit of curve left after that because of the way the costume is designed, too, you have to really examine the way the material is wrapped on her. Of course, it's a matter of practicality... I don't see how anyone could fight medieval style with their boobs flopping around. Anyway.
This one is old and doesn't bother me much.
