PayPal: Fax Us to Unsubscribe.

wdr1.com — I recently started getting spammed by Paypal. Not remembering ever using the service, I attempted to unsubscribe. The conclusion? They want me to fax a photo ID + current utility bill... to unsubscribe from their newsletters.
