To tell the truth, I used to be a huge consumer (My library consists of 500 music CDs, 400 DVDs (+over 1000 games)etc), but the attitude of RIAA have made me so pissed latelt that I decided to stop purchasing both music and movies.

1. solid download speeds at faster than p2p
2. no uploading
3. no fakes
4. new stuff is updated all the time and i find it released there usually before i see it released on Bit Torrent

I still prefer BitTorrent over anything else. It's a much saner way of being stupid if you ask me. - DarkElf109, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm sorry, but I have to step in here. BitTorrent is utilization of P2P networking! Peer-to-peer is simply a method of setting up a network. While BT does connect to a central tracker, it transfers no files through it. All the tracker does is distribute the IPs of other people sharing the files. The BT client then connects to those people, as opposed to a central server, and downloads the file from them. This is P2P networking. I don't know why you're saying things like "P2P is ***** stupid. BT is better." or "I find p2p to be a lot more useful for getting a couple songs here and there. BT is what u use if u want a movie or an application." It's the same as saying that you like cars, but don't like gasoline. Seriously, figure out what you're talking about.
