Over-Regulation May Kill UK VoIP
money.guardian.co.uk — Telecoms watchdog Ofcom yesterday unveiled plans to regulate the use of the internet to make phone calls for the first time, sparking fears that heavy handed regulation could kill off the embryonic industry in the UK.
