OpenOffice 3 will open MS Office 2007 files

techreviews.in — With an upgraded technology, there are always some issues or other. A classic example is Microsoft Office 2007. Although an excellent piece of software with extensive amount of research going into designing a state of art user interface, the one major problem that MS Office 2007 suffers is backward compatibility issues.

  • jimcherylhall, on 05/14/2008, -0/+1That is not an issue, its an upgrade. MS decided to revamp the low tech DOC format and move forward with somthing better. You can still save your work in the 2003 format if you want.
