- davodavo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh wait, this is just worthless blog spam.
- SebastianProoth, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Jetcopter. It would seem that you are the idot, the article is mine. I don't want to buy an DVD burner again, I am a student and my funds are limited, it died very new and I don't have money to lay out on a new one. Why don't you think about what you say before you say it. The article did not say that Microsoft should give me one free of charge because they are late, no where in that article does it say that, did YOU even read it?
I said it is unreasonable to charge 16.50 USD or so for a CD of a beta. No one does that. Microsoft are loosing enough customers to Apple and Linux right now without doing that.
It goes without saying they are not going to send me a free one. I was saying that you simply can't download it without a DVD burner to install it, and you have to pay for the beta. Makes me wonder whether you did read the article!
Why don't you read it again and if you still have questions about what the words mean I might suggest a dictionary, they usually help explain what words mean when you can spell them, and I think the spelling is pretty dead on in my post...
-Sebastian - WinGeek, on 10/15/2008, -0/+0This is an opinion of a person that is trying to get Beta 2, not RC1. RC1 is not out. He had a dvd burner and it broke, and doesnt want to have to pay ms to send him a dvd because he feels they should send it to everyone in the world for free because vista has been delayed so much. Why doesnt this idiot just buy a new dvd bruner, those things are cheap now.
Sebastian: Did you even read the article before posting it on digg?
