- KingCritic, on 12/02/2008, -0/+49There's porn on youtube?
- ScubaSt3ve, on 12/02/2008, -1/+36I've heard the "I only read playboy for the articles excuse" but the "I only watch hardcore porn to celebrate the freedom of speech" excuse is f-ing classic. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go beat off to the first amendment.
- Averness, on 12/03/2008, -1/+30WTF is NING??
- Jincopunk, on 12/03/2008, -0/+24if you find it before they do
- ScubaSt3ve, on 12/02/2008, -0/+16So when you go to youporn.com you search for "freedom we have has Americans"? personally, I prefer the sticky mess you speak of, but whatever floats your boat...
- DMDekoth, on 12/03/2008, -0/+16Oh..kay. Bad week for internet porn? Have you -seen- internet porn? I've never heard of Ning before, and YouTube wasn't where I went for porn.
- OgDza, on 12/02/2008, -0/+13Freedom turns you on, but you don't enjoy watching it in porn.... I'm confused. I think I'm gonna go with the sticky mess too.
- indiancompanion, on 12/02/2008, -1/+14i guess we will have to settle for the thousands of other sites out there for porn
- trestevenson, on 12/02/2008, -0/+10no
- Spuy767, on 12/03/2008, -0/+9This is a private organization deciding what material may be placed on, and downloaded from, their servers, using their bandwidth. This is not a freedom of speech issue, so you can get off of your political soap box. Think of youtube as a private residence and you're trying to protest in the living room because he drives an SUV. The owner can tell you to get the ***** out, and you can't take him to the Supreme Court because you were on his property. Despite this sense of entitlement that we all seem to have developed in the days since Napster first opened the flood gates, a website is just like someone's private property, and jsut because it's vitrual doesn't make your rights extend past the boundaries of what he or she owns.

- Mokshaguy390, on 12/03/2008, -2/+7Fine, I'll take my fapping somewhere else then.
- CoreyTamas, on 12/03/2008, -0/+4You have lots of places to get porn. Free porn. Abundant porn. Porn of all kinds. It isn't censorship if you can't get porn EVERYWHERE. So put that whole "sharia law style" thing in park, drama queen.
- Redxd, on 12/03/2008, -1/+5Pics or it didnt Happen!!
- DeadManWalking, on 12/03/2008, -0/+4Only a matter of time before someone posts that EPIC list from the other topic with all the various adult tube sites.
- goffy59, on 12/03/2008, -3/+7***** YouTube for porn; thats ghetto. Use Bit Torrent! I like to full screen with full quality. I don't like to see volume control/etc next to my vaginas and *****. It ***** with my immersion and my imaginary roll play.
- jedinate, on 12/03/2008, -1/+5Who goes to Youtube for porn? Teens dancing in their panties maybe, but porn? No.
- djpray2k, on 12/03/2008, -0/+4youporn.com anyone?
- eldano512, on 12/03/2008, -0/+4youtube is only good if you are into being teased, i guess
usually the preview shows a girls cleavage but you know what? it never delivers. - pukiman, on 12/03/2008, -0/+3Yeah. Check the "Recent Added" section:

You're welcome. - bat-21, on 12/03/2008, -0/+3I don't have a problem with porn but I HATE porn providers. They're so ***** obnoxious I want to punch each one of them in the face. A few months ago I went to Youtube looking for a Futurama clip, specifically the ending of "Jurassic Bark". When I did a search, I got a few Futurama clips and hundreds of porn teaser clips. Most of them showed a bony white chick with fake ***** and no rhythm dancing in her underwear to a bad synth track with a caption in Comic Sans that says "SEE MORE AT WWW.HOTSLUTS.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I DON'T WANT TO SEE MORE! I WANT SEYMORE! STOP SPAMMING ME! LEAVE ME ALONE!
- schwipe, on 12/03/2008, -0/+3man pornhub is so good its magical
- MisterEThoughts, on 12/03/2008, -0/+3Wow, Youtube had porn? WTF
- inactive, on 12/03/2008, -0/+2Search using words related to porn, then sort by Date Added. Just sayin'.

- Baryn, on 12/03/2008, -0/+2Please grow up 308.
- Spuy767, on 12/03/2008, -0/+2The HD DVD code was a different issue. That was an instance of another entity infringing on the freedom of speech of Digg. Since a number cannot be copyrighted, there was no legal basis on which to demand that Digg take down that number.
- daridave, on 12/03/2008, -1/+3lol @ "my". It's not yours and it never will be! lmao. Hint: If you want "immersion", try the REAL thing!?
- violentvinyl, on 12/03/2008, -0/+2You are 100% right, it's not a freedom of speech issue. There IS another issue here though. I can't help but point you to this: http://digg.com/tech_news/Digg_This:_09-f9-11-02-9 ...
Yes, it's a different issue, but they both revolve around the same idea. If your users want to use your site for a new and different purpose, who are you to tell them that they can't? Who's responsible? Who do you sue?
I'm not saying YouTube should allow porn, as it would VERY quickly become overrun, but this is an issue that's going to come up more and more as the web starts to revolve around user generated content. - darny, on 12/03/2008, -0/+2http://mashable.com/2006/09/28/ning-build-your-own ...
- ramsinks.com, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1kinda sad man..
cannot get the real thing? - Abomonog, on 12/03/2008, -1/+2The closest thing to porn I've ever seen on You Tube is the ***** episode about hookers.
I can't even find the one about porn on the site.
I'm also jumping on the wtf is ning bandwagon. - subgeniusd, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1Spam
- EllimistX, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1Haha, check out the "banned pokemon episode" clip on the related videos list.
- mysticblade, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1exactly
- inactive, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1i love it when morons whine about free speech when it doesn't even come close to applying. No company should be forced to provide you with the only naked women you will ever see in your life at their cost.
- Ferago, on 12/04/2008, -0/+1Who the hell wants to watch porn on youtube? Seems unnecessary to me.
- cfuse, on 12/04/2008, -0/+1In other news, Ning's status changed from "mostly irrelevant" to "What's a Ning?".
- frankenfag, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1Porn is bad, mkay.
- Ferago, on 12/04/2008, -0/+1Am I the only person who knows about xnxx?
- inactive, on 12/03/2008, -0/+1But can it run Crysis?
- digliberty, on 12/04/2008, -0/+1i understand their reasoning. This just opens the door for a white-label adult social network company.
- podforpeace, on 12/05/2008, -0/+0Answer for the Ning wagon is N for Network then ing. There you have it! YouTube provides you a site (at cost of course) to create a network of people with similar pursuits. So those that provide porn are no longer Ninging. Lots of porn ningers are creative spammers, but do stop sending when placed in your spam file. Porn has now been Ninged out. Dan has explained it better http://blogs.computerworld.com/youtube_porn
- dantw, on 12/03/2008, -1/+1this is a money thing, pure and simple. mainstream ads will bring in bigger bucks, but only if the naughty stuff is nixed.
of course, youtube and ning built their initial audiences thanks to the naughty stuff. see my blog, "today's internet is brought you by porn" for more on what this really means.
