I've never had a battery explode but I have had one of my laptop batteries actually broke in half in my backpack because there was just a flimsy-assed piece of plastic in the middle joining the two blocks with the batteries, and that wasn't with 'rough treatment' either. - Jenadae, on 04/17/2008, -2/+4I didn't know this was an issue...
