- MISDIREK7ED, on 10/11/2007, -3/+23Mininova is nice.. but seriously people, can we try to keep all of our torrent sites off of digg please? We are making the mafIIA's job way too easy.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mininova - RoflcopterFUEL, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11omfg. bury this *****. we don't want the whole world knowing about it.
- metalica77, on 10/11/2007, -4/+10Well no ***** Mininova is moving along torrentspy is out of the game. They sold out so the only viable search engins are mininova and Pirate bay.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4mininova has always been great!
- lcmatt, on 10/11/2007, -2/+6Mininova's not too bad but I'll stick with Bitsoup and Demonoid.
- 3dom, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4The more attention a site gets gets the more it becomes a target.
- dysonlu, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Buried for the sake of the community.
- mc786030, on 10/11/2007, -4/+7aXXo FTW!
- urmsghere, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3buried out of love
- Uranium118, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Because you think they don't already know all that?
They probably have a list much bigger then this one http://www.zeropaid.com/links/bittorrent/?id=2 - Sandurz, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2It's not like mininova is some deep underground private tracker...
- Sabin, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I agree but unlike private trackers you can usually find what you want on mininova as opposed to only being able to get the latest and greatest.
- ktetch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Yeah, seriously, if you don't think they already know about a site which is one of the the 100 most popular sites on the net, you're dreaming. If you know of a site, unless you know the guy that runs it personally, antip2p groups already know of it. See, they have people doing this 40+ hours a week, who get paid for doing it. It tends to concentrate their efforts.
Some people just have no clue, or common sense. - drbogo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I'm surprised that mininova did it before demonoid or isohunt
- Zipp425, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2There is a solution. Bury it!
- cardyology, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2B: Dugg down.
- Uranium118, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I don't like it, the speed isn't at its maximum potential because people limit their speed on public trackers.
- Zipp425, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Im with you. Mininova is good, but isohunt is my number one.
- MISDIREK7ED, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4^Alexa?
Who even uses that piece of ***** anymore? - eFiniTi, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Guess they should change the name now. Giganticnova.com
- lukasmack, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1now this is irony
- christian689, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1yeah but you cant read the comments there which sux as there is a lot of fukt torrents around
- neodorian, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Private servers are the only safe way but the junkie is my fave for random things I need to find.
- Sabin, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1too late
- Zoness1, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Mininova is good for new, public torrenters but if your looking for illegal content it's not very safe. A lot of experienced torrenters perfer private trackers over public ones for obvious reasons. It definately deserves it's spot but be careful...
- AcePup, on 10/11/2007, -6/+5Mininova is to public for my taste, and keeping logs of searches with IP's is definetly not safe for any user, but from being a past user it is very worthy of being in the top 100, just be careful.
- christian689, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0nice work by far the best torrent site, but yeah it cant be good for a torrent site to be that popular the end must be near.
- akav0id, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0you do realise isohunt is only a torrent search engine, whereas mininova is an actual tracker. So comparing the two is rather pointless :/
- crushfan, on 10/11/2007, -4/+3MININOVA KILLED METALLICA!
- K3ITHK, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2Demonoid FTW!
- Dracker, on 10/11/2007, -3/+1Here is the list the article mentions:
http://www.alexa.com/site/ds/top_sites?ts_mode=global〈=none
Hm, mininova is #140 as of this comment
Digg is #95 - peterjmag, on 10/11/2007, -2/+0I've used both, but I always figured isohunt was the one with the higher traffic. Either way, it gets my digg, simply because mininova's a great site.
- xXShadowstormXx, on 10/11/2007, -4/+2You fail at the Internet.
- charliespopcan, on 10/11/2007, -2/+0Well the RIAA just got even more screwed
- Vodka23, on 10/11/2007, -5/+3isohunt is the best.
- po2mu, on 10/11/2007, -2/+0Not a problem to be in top 100 offering warez.
- nasium, on 10/11/2007, -10/+2Not really that big of a deal. no digg!
- AudioPhotograph, on 10/11/2007, -12/+2Agreed mininova is quite public, though regardless, for whatever you're looking for, you're bound to find it there (with a few exceptions). I only hope I can find someone thats willing to give me an invite to demonoid.com... *maybe this will work* "audiophotograph AT gmail DOT com", that or I'll just get dugg down.
