- akh4x0r, on 04/12/2009, -2/+32Don't you mean 8,000,000 x 150,000? Obviously the loss of their great music has resulted in 1,200,000,000,000 in losses!
- AlanFang, on 04/12/2009, -2/+31***** the DiggBar.
What's that? A TorrentFreak Article?
***** the MPAA. - AndrewDB, on 04/12/2009, -1/+24Yes, I am quite happy.
Thank you for asking. - wush, on 04/12/2009, -1/+17***** all filenames with extensions?
- rnawky, on 04/12/2009, -2/+17And here Apple is bragging about a mere 1 billion iPhone apps downloaded.
- Stavrosian, on 04/12/2009, -1/+16***** me, it's almost as if they report on happenings within the bittorrent community. My mind has been thoroughly blown.
- SSUK, on 04/12/2009, -3/+161: Hover over the "X", click downward pointing arrow next to it, click "Always hide the toolbar".

http://www.eztv.it - huge129, on 04/12/2009, -1/+13if i was never willing to buy the movie and i download it, they still count that as a loss, so screw ther "losses numbers"
- parestrep, on 04/12/2009, -2/+12You downloaded one trillionth of a torrent file?
- KevenM, on 04/12/2009, -2/+128,000,000,000 and yet I'm still stuck at D/L speed of 0.2 kB/s.
WTF - IndyDoug, on 04/11/2009, -4/+13Cheers.
- REM333, on 04/12/2009, -2/+11Assuming he downloaded 1 byte of the torrent file, that must be one big torrent file...
- muleskinner, on 04/12/2009, -1/+10I usually hate it when people say this, but these comments really suck.
- insanebrain, on 04/12/2009, -0/+8configure your ports....
- SSUK, on 04/12/2009, -0/+7Yeah, I'm going to pirate DRM to get back at those programmers!
... Wait. - dan1101, on 04/12/2009, -0/+7The first rule of Mininova is you don't talk about Mininova.
- Travelsonic, on 04/12/2009, -1/+8/s?
- j0en, on 04/12/2009, -3/+9AND without porn!
- oda1, on 04/13/2009, -0/+5if only we can feed torrents to poor people :(
- twishart, on 04/12/2009, -1/+68000000000 GET
- benologist, on 04/12/2009, -2/+7Mininova's the least "***** the riaa" style torrent site of them all. They're going to walk away a legitimate CDN and business long after most torrent sites are covered by a paragraph in wikipedia.
- Kate1240, on 04/12/2009, -1/+5Are we supposed to feel bad for them??
Did they feel bad for us when they would charge us 15.99+ for a CD/ DVD's in the 90's, and look at the overpriced blueray discs today, come on! - ukblacknight, on 04/12/2009, -2/+6I've always found Mininova to be very reliable. I've tried TPB several times and it always returns loads of unrelated results, with perhaps the one I want in the middle of it. I've never been keen on Isohunt either to be honest, I can't tell you why! I just find Mininova simple, precise and reliable.
I only use it to get TV shows that aren't available in the UK, just stick "eztv" at the end and you're pretty much guaranteed a good quality rip. - thawkth, on 04/12/2009, -0/+3plz seeeeeeed!
- deadasdisco, on 04/12/2009, -2/+5i use btjunkie.org .
i mean... no i don't. - Hashshashin, on 04/13/2009, -0/+3and a billion everywhere,,,,so what ?... so what?
- cyrusuncc, on 04/13/2009, -1/+4It's over 9000!!
- RIPtechtv, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2I just hope ACTA doesn't live up to the hype and torrenting doesn't become to risky.
- Phillycat81, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2Yarr, they be serving up software to the masses.
- Travelsonic, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2Sounds like you understanding the context and reason for the argument. /s
- TheScogg, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2I don't know how much you're exagerrating, but I think insanebrain is right - you might need to forward your ports. Doing so increased my speeds immensely. I'm talking going from 10kB/s to something more like 500kB/s if it was a well seeded torrent. http://portforward.com/
- Travelsonic, on 04/12/2009, -2/+4I can't believe how long the industry has gotten away with this BS.
- slyzxx, on 04/12/2009, -2/+4YES MAN REBEL.
- scarwars, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1the source comes from ftp..
- draxenato, on 04/12/2009, -7/+8Mininova *used* to be good until they started putting private trackers, with whom they've got a revenue sharing deal, on their search results. It's been well over a year since Mini was my go-to torrent site purely for that reason. Pizzatorrent, scrapetorrent and the ever reliable Isohunt give me much better search results without having to wade through torrents hosted on registration only sites.
- draxenato, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1I agree with you about TPBs search "functionality", it is really ***** up. Mininova's search is reliable but there's no way to filter out those frickin' annoying private tracker results, they don't *always* display a red 'P'
You can use Google to search TPB but then (AFAIK) you lose the ability to sort the results or narrow them down to any specific category.
For the eztv rips (I'm a fan too) I usually just go straight to there site and download from there, mind you most of the stuff I want gets tagged from their RSS feed - inactive, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1Mininova is the best for Audiobooks. For everything else I use btjunkie.org.
- bztheman, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1ZOMG ARCHIVE THIS SH*T
- skeptictank, on 04/12/2009, -2/+3I agree, I rarely use mininova any more for that reason in particular.
- inactive, on 04/13/2009, -1/+2You're think of something else which I cant mention due to rule 2.
- roxgod666, on 04/12/2009, -1/+2Yay!!! Nothing better than reading old news!!!
- lazyrussian, on 04/23/2009, -0/+1Correction: ***** THE *AA!!!
- inactive, on 04/13/2009, -2/+2they should clean Old torrents which is not in use from anybody and the counter will drop to 4000.000.000 Anyway i stop using it
- 15thPD, on 04/12/2009, -2/+2Mine's probably like 10% of that count. ***** the MAFIAA.
- smackhard, on 04/12/2009, -2/+2I actually use torrents for software's and i do share them with a lot of people for free, now the fact that there are a hell lot of people like me it means no bread and butter for small programmers...pay back on behalf of musicians!
