  • nickc321, on 05/01/2008, -0/+1BASIC, it was the first language I learned (back in 1985 when I was 6 on an TI-99). One book that probably will always be on my shelf is an old BASIC reference manual by Microsoft from 1982, it was my first programming reference (now a great bookend).
