I'm the most non-religious person I know, but even I have to admit this is really cool. If being "obsessed" with Jesus can make someone create this, I say that's awesome. - Phineas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's been coralized: http://www.amyhughes.org.nyud.net:8090/lego/church/photosfirst.html
- Hypersapien, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Kind of goes hand in hand with this site, doesn't it?

- tafkase7en, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Holy(no punn) Crap that's awesome!!! Anyone who doesn't digg this is lame.
- SystemsGuy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Get dugg, get suspended.. ;-)
- dcipjr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is insane. Someone has a lot of time on their hands.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If you build it, they will come.
- zapada, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks like they got 0wned!
- seaner, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Here is another lego church that is at the University of Alberta. I saw it yesterday. http://www.ualberta.ca/~stjoseph/galleries/joes_lego/
- JDanz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0DIGG EFFECT. a little resurrection from the dead here?

- LotharZogg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Amazing AND creepy. The best kind of link.
- weareglass, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I love the pics of the cat in the church
- nolf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ive built a lot of lego structures as a kid and I can tell you this took at least 6 months. The detail is amazing. Way cool.
- BigWillieMo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i believe God invented Legos!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"these god freaks have lost it."
By far the most intelligent post I've ever read.
And yes, I'm being extremely sarcastic. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I wouldn't say this is really obsessed with churches, but it's definately an obsession (or profession) in legos
- Stormen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Aren't you guys reading the comments? It's been said 3 times already:
The site is coralized (ie. meaning available to see) here: http://www.amyhughes.org.nyud.net:8090/lego/church/photosfirst.html
I agree with the guys saying it's pretty cool tho. Mad props. - colebarnes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0church of christ with a pipe organ? am i missing something?
- ilselu1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0daymn!!!
- PacoDG, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Damn digg effect. Thanks for the nyud link, I always forget about that.
- Bassguy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That is impressive.
- skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i got this in one of those viral emails, almost a year ago.
- SerialMartini, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Luckily, managed to check it out just before it got shut down. Amazing pics, anyone with some respect for Legos and having WAY too much free time will love this.
- maverickeye, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is awesome, my 1st Front page article, Thanks all!
PS hopefully the site owner will buy more bandwidth. - BaylorDawg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Damn, I guess I am to late. Hopefully the site will re-open
- shadowsurfr1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"If you are the owner please contact tech support."
Dugg to death. I'll dig it when I see it. - levyjl1988, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow, that person must have alot of time in their hands to build all this!
- gunder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I've seen a couple pictures of this in the past but I've never seen the web site for it. Even though it's kinda old I still dugg it.
- nitr021, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Server owned
- j0keR, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks like the site is down. Bad link reported.
- eleusis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That site is WAY old.. sorry, no digg. :P
- bramkok, on 07/02/2009, -0/+0LOL, digg kills the internet.
- panique, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Now that's an expensive habit^H^H^H^Hobby
- sgtpoliteness, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ha my mom showed me this one months ago. I agree though, amazing AND creepy - doesn't get much better.
- rhettnyedotorg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0not the digg effect, it's the slashdot effect a la digg.
- superspak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0holy crap a person could fit in there
- BurninatorX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Digg effect =[
- bruzie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If you do get a chance to see it, read the entire story of the build - it's really good. BTW, the cat in the photos died before she finished it so the church is dedicated to her.
- agooga, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0100 Diggs! That's great! But, I would have used more of the tile pieces to give the floors, walls and mosaics more of a smoother surface. Otherwise--- WOW!!! I always digg things that are handmade by a single, mad OCD victim-- and this one fits the bill.
- Pxtl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0tx 4 the coral cache - it looks incredisexy, but the whole thing is kinda creepy - reminds be a bit of photos of megachurches.
Keep thinking something really cool could be done by combining this with some Star Wars lego. Emperor Palpatine giving sermon with legions of StormTroopers standing in the aisles? AT-ST's stomping the parishoners? - capajc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Nice. You ***** the site owner.
- RomieZ, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I feel sorry for the cat :(
- StepJoe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The coralized link sends me to the the same error page.
