Legal Bullying Continues for Icelandic BitTorrent Tracker

torrentfreak.com — It has been almost a year since a coalition of anti-piracy organizations forced Torrent.is, the largest BitTorrent site in Iceland, to go offline. In the months that followed, the BitTorrent site has won in court more than once, but it has not returned yet, as the anti-piracy groups continue to come up with new claims.

    The STEF are just going to keep issuing injunctions and putting in for legal action because it keeps the original ban in place. There should be laws against vexatious litigation.

    Bullying is definately the right word for this kind of stupidity. I agree with tehknotte, they won't go bankrupt while musicians still make decent music.
