Just in time for Apple? AT&T wrapping up 3G network upgrade
arstechnica.com — AT&T has announced that it plans to complete its HSUPA rollout before the end of June, making it the only US carrier to have fully deployed HSPA on its 3G network. The timing of the announcement has contributed to the growing buzz about a 3G iPhone launch, too.
