- onreact, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I already tried it as it was online in German beforehand and compared it to its competitors Weebly and Google Page Creator. Jimdo surpasses both rivals by far. Plethora of functions, very easy to use, for beginners and coders alike.
There is only one drawback, the free version has Google Adsense on it. - matze370, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1they do, but infact they are not. The initial post is a promotion (I am one of the founders) but the rest is from users. I'd really appreciate, if you'd try out Jimdo and post your comment! Thanks!
- climaxdesigns, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1heh, these comments read like promotional advertisements...
- sanmann, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I tried some other stuff before, either it was expensive (.mac) or inflexible (my space). Jimdo is smooth. I've already recommended it to some of my friends and look forward to see more cool functions. Pages to the People !
- stylewalker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This thing is awesome! It's so easy to understand, even my mum built a website in two hours time. Now she's the communication expert in her dancing group. The other day, I summarized the results of a workshop in Jimdo, in three hours! Perfect design, intuitive handling, slideshows, albums, guestbook, rocks!
- csab7722, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow ... se German tecknologie is truly impressive ;-)
I like it! Easy to use, all basic functionalities you need (even for commercial pages) and most of all: free of charge! (or at a obviousely very reasonable price for the professional version if you want to get rid of adsense and expand to 1GB). Registration is quick and painless - thumbs up!
