- CanceledCzech, on 10/12/2007, -5/+56Amen. Not only is Myspace the biggest site, it's also the ***** site on the internet.
- m1th, on 10/12/2007, -2/+53"MySpace Is Biggest Site on Internet"...
... for me to poop on. - duke_nate, on 10/12/2007, -4/+39In other news, Myspace is still the biggest ***** on the Internet.
*edit - CancelledCzech got to it a split second before i did! +digg for you;) - lava, on 10/12/2007, -1/+27biggest and most butt-ugliest
- darkzealot89, on 10/12/2007, -12/+36and -1 hanapbuhay if you do not have a myspace account, ergo do not have a login at that *****.
No way myspace is bigger than google. Page views mean nothing, Yahoo had more unique visitors which is better!
Digg me down if you seriously believe that Myspace is bigger than yahoo or Google. - taintparty, on 10/12/2007, -4/+28Different headlines for the same story:

oh yay - grees17, on 10/12/2007, -2/+21Well great I have a buch of emo kids clogging up my internets!!!!
Super. - gJon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19That's it... I quitting the internets.
- colty045, on 10/12/2007, -6/+24It's official no one but people who use Myspace care
- Andy.D, on 10/12/2007, -4/+20Isn't comscore notoriously unreliable? I would think single digit percentages would be pretty questionable. No doubt MySpace is big, but bigger than Google and Yahoo?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+19Andy...comscore is more reliable that your GUESSES that Yahoo and Google should be higher.
- skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -2/+17I'm surprised no one has said it yet.
***** MySpace. - alexp2ad, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17Damn right... story marked as lame because... MySpace... it's lame. :/
- taxonimous, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12Yeah, page views are a really bad metric for web applications and sites - they reward bad usability for one.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14for people that actually use myspace for talking to people instead of using ***** scripts to "pimp" their page, you bashing this comes off as the equivalent of someone bashing aol instant messenger because teenagers use it for stupid purposes.
i know i will most likely get dugg down, but it's kind of silly to do so if you have never even used the site. - slugicide, on 10/12/2007, -6/+17Page views are becoming irrelevant. (and MySpace is bad for the Web)
- cogen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Does that include all the spam accounts that are created?
- ZapWizard, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10It just goes to show that 99 million monkeys typing to 99 million other monkeys still can't make a website worth a crap.
- chedabob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Myspace has so many page views cos its so buggy, and you have to keep going back and forward in the hope that the error won't come up again.
- Louis11, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11All the hot girls wear thongs... do you? ;-)
- tropican8, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Because no one has said it yet: I for one welcome our 12-year-old girl overlords.
- Rice, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11I just deleted my myspace account today.
- Visk, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11I'd pick Facebook over MySpace anyday for my peer-pressured social networking needs
- TWillz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8If you don't like myspace, then don't go to it. Wow, that was simple wasn't it?
- DonCarcharo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I taught an interface / web design course for about five years and one of our first projects was simply learning how to see good design. I was initially stunned at how many students regularly picked MySpace (or a personal MySpace page) as an example of a well designed site. But I'm immune to all that now. Plenty of people just have bad taste.
This explains how I can submit a design for client approval and get the feedback, "Yes we like it but it needs more American Flags and music. Maybe a huge background of a waving flag. And Fireworks. Can you do fireworks?"
"Sir, your company sells home heating units. I really think a clean, professional approach is best."
"Good point. Maybe some fire? Lots of flames. How about a big background of flickering flames..." - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+13No one but people who use Google care about Google. No one but people who use an iPod give a ***** about iPods. No one who uses Digg cares about this site (or even knows about it.)
So what is your point? - tmesis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Rupert Murdoch is horseman #1 of the apocalypse, and Paris Hilton, the said horse.
But yeah, myspace is a testament against the viability of our race. - gen2ux, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9aaaahhhhhh I thought I was the only one left in the world who didn't have a myspace account.
- twoschizos, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Official(ish), oxymoron of the day.
- CaptShmo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I admit that myspace sucks in terms of design, and most of the people on it are tards, but i've been able to reconnect with lots of long-lost friends and keep in better touch with my current ones because of it. I think for some people myspace is very useful and fun, so digg.
- Louis11, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Damn that Alexander Graham Bell for making it so hard for us to communicate with people...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5See, that's why I could never do web design.
When the customer said that, I'd stare blankly for a second, then suggest blinking + marquee text, animated gifs, and having a small school of fish following the pointer. Oh, and playing "Tie A Yellow Ribbon" in MIDI. - necrisque, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Interesting news, considering that I recently just heard peoples actual interest in Myspace was lowering :S
- thealliedhacker, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Buried as Inaccurate.
Read this http://blog.wired.com/monkeybites/2006/12/yahoo_dethroned.html
They aren't going by unique viewers. Still, it's #2, which is sad. - LeetPCUser, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6I would digg this but I hate My Space and don't want to give it recognition. I will just say that I am shocked.
- spidoman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4What you've got here is quite an infestation. It'll cost ya some major cash to get rid of 'em.
- josegutz, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6EMO Sucks...
- jiggawho, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4The issue here is that Yahoo recently switch to an AJAX interface, and as such, less page reloads were required, thus giving it a lower rank than MySpace. This should have been included in the report.
- profOblivion, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5If this made it to front page...
:O
There are diggers who use MySpace?? - gamerzworld, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Unfortunately, All the hot girls in my school use it. At my school if you don't have a My Space, you are a loser. :S
- fifty50, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Email is SO 20th century...
- Leo21k, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Myspace
Hated by the anti-social and ugly people.
Seriously, there is no serious reason to hate myspace. You hate myspace because there are a lot of stupid people on there? Well there are a lot of stupid people on the Internet in general. Do you hate the Internet? - spidoman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Or it made the front page because it's news? Weird to think of digg as a news site and not just fanboy rankings.
- darkzealot89, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Spies I tell you...
- pezholio, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2There's nothing wrong with myspace per se, hell, I've got an account and I use it a bit, it's just the horrible design and unreliability that winds me up.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Damn. It had to be myspace...
- markingtime, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I agree But Myspace stopped being a place for emo kids about a year and a half ago. I highly doubt that the over 135,000,000 people user base are emo.
(I'm not taking into account the profiles that are not individuals or spam accounts with that number) -
