), they should be in prison, and offer 60 cents an hour job. Simply, because they always wanted money from innocent people by misleading them. They are like cockroaches and rats that not only eat our food but also destroy them. I recently found $25 Orlando Universal Studio theme park ticket ad. The real price is about $150. I thought it was a good deal. I called 800 number and tele-marketer asked marital status, income, citizenship, etc. An operator told me that I’m well qualified and all I need to do was to take 90 min tour at West Gate, Orlando resorts. Here is the catch! They will force and lock you to buy time shares. Of course I have no idea what they are up to. I will not explain in detail about time shares, but you can research at Google.
So, I authorize to charge my card card for $25 and agreed to make the tour. Next day, I flew to Orlando with my wife. At West Gate resorts, I had to sign yellow tour agreement paper and got $150 Universal Studio voucher, before starting the tour. I was excited! Waited about 15 min for the bus and headed to the tour center. I had to show my ID, passport of my wife and fill in some marketing survey at the reception. A sales woman came and took us to the company showcase room and started to highlight the picture of the West Gate CEO with Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and all those celebrities. And she told us that West Gate does lots of charity work from the profits. She told us to take some food, but hold them and not to eat anything until we are told to do so. So, I just took some chips and waited.
She showed up a few minutes later and took us into a cafeteria a like room. I noticed some the sales reps are selling hard time shares for at least two other families. Sales rep then started to ask personal questions like my job title, how much do I make month, and she even said "I don't meant to be rude, but I would like to ask, you salary.." We were just wondering when the tour would start. After asking all the personal questions, she then told us to wait for a while and took us back to the reception. And we are told that tour couldn't continue because my wife doesn't speak English well enough. That was not in the agreement. Receptionist even lied and told me that such agreement was in the email, which I never get.
West Gate’s sales person, receptionist and online marketers wasted our time for nearly 2 hours and we ended up not getting any ticket but even racially discriminated. Receptionist refunded $25, so we thought it was done. I was under impression that the voucher will also be cancelled electronically and never bother to deem at the park. We bought our own ticket for $150 at the local tourist center.
Five days later, I noticed that West Gate Resorts + Online Marketing Company charged $147 on my credit card. I immediately called them and when asked, online marketer told me that I was holding ticket voucher. They are making assumptions that we deemed at park. We never used the voucher nor did not get any Universal Studio tickets, and we have no idea why we should be charged. I had to argue for about 2 hours and they finally told me to send the ORIGINAL VOUCHER so that refund can be processed. I had to use certified mail so that there will be a proof of delivery, and cost me about $5 for the postage.
Lesson, NEVER EVER believe times shares, and online Orlando vacation deals that are too cheap. THEY ARE ALL SCAM AND CON ARTIST. THEY WILL LIKE AND CHEW YOUR MONEY.
