- Weaselboy, on 05/29/2008, -0/+16I hope the FBI files criminal charges on Media Defender for this.
- SilentJay74, on 05/29/2008, -0/+15Media Defender should be completely shut down, and Rev3 should sue the ***** out of them!
- adamkmccarthy, on 05/29/2008, -0/+5"Denial of service attacks are illegal in the US under 12 different statutes, including the Economic Espionage Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act."
I hope media defender get what's coming to them and revision3 are hard enough to follow through. - dolphonia, on 05/29/2008, -1/+6Time to bail. http://digg.com/security/Inside_the_Attack_that_Cr ... has made it to the front page
- hamburgers, on 05/29/2008, -1/+4Power of the Mob... Those guys would have flipped out if it had happened to them or if MrBabyman had something to do with it. Not much to do about it now, it only proves that the system here is flawed and relies too much on humans being honest. I won't let it bug me.
- essjay, on 05/29/2008, -0/+3I'm not sure useless is the right word. Media Defender is an entirely destructive company. They don't create or contribute anything. They only exist to disrupt. Any company that has a wholly negative approach to business can not be a good thing.
- adie, on 05/29/2008, -1/+3How are these guys still in business?

Believe it or not , they are trying to justify their actions. It sounds a lot like some criminal activities are sanctioned by the state. - iPirate, on 05/29/2008, -7/+8There are a lot of dupes of this story already. Hopefully yours rightfully makes it to the front page.
- harvstylz, on 05/29/2008, -2/+3Media Defender, what a useless company.
- oldhick, on 05/29/2008, -2/+3Jumping jeebus! Quit your whining already. Dupes happen. That is how Digg works. The community picks a story and runs with it while the same story submitted by someone else gets passed over. WHO CARES???
- oldhick, on 05/29/2008, -1/+2I second dolphonia's decision and shall see you all on the front page... http://digg.com/security/Inside_the_Attack_that_Cr ...
- hamburgers, on 05/29/2008, -2/+1too late...
- iPirate, on 05/29/2008, -5/+4Yeah... and I got dugg down to hell on the other article for pointing out that it was a dupe.
- yodug007, on 05/29/2008, -3/+2the opening analogy comparing screaming toddlers to a SYN flood DoS attack was pretty awful. granted, not as awful as everything Media Defender stands for.

What is Digg?
