the users betrayed digg if anything, instead of getting mad at the people who ordered the take down you guys retaliated against a middle man news site.
Digg isn't some little site anymore, its a fairly large company and needs to abide by the laws no mater how much you guys don't like it.

There will always be more consumers than creators, so people who create will always get screwed, musicians and writers included. How about go out and be productive instead of getting riled up over an issue where being "energized" requires nothing more than you sitting in front of a keyboard whining.
