- TTT1, on 10/07/2008, -1/+9So the rule of thumb here is to download all your files on a unencrypted wireless network in a apartment complex.
Gotcha. - MrBrother, on 10/08/2008, -0/+7Mmmm... Danish.
- Blacksoth, on 10/08/2008, -1/+5You'd think at some point there would be a contempt of court charge against organizations like IFPI. They make blind stabs at any private citizen in the hopes that they MAY be found guilty by dragging their ass into court (without bothering to provide proper evidence) wasting both the time and money of the accussed, the taxpayer and the court system itself. How can any reasonable person not see this as an abuse of process?
- vfreak2, on 10/07/2008, -0/+4haha
- dsmx, on 10/07/2008, -1/+4Yep if they can't prove it was your computer that did the downloading they're screwed as they can't prove it was you.
- Erroneus, on 10/08/2008, -1/+4So you did read the DIGG EULA!
...if any news concerning Denmark, at least one person must create a comment with the sentence "mmm danish" and if any news concerning Russia, at least one person must create a comment with the sentence "In mother Russia, X Y you" Where X is the subject of the article and Y some form of action..... - ISellSigals, on 10/08/2008, -0/+2& ***** the RIAA
Support file and mp3 sharing!!! - zaqarov, on 10/08/2008, -1/+3So I'm wondering... if me and my roommates ever get caught sharing, we could just blame each other and get away with it, right?
Sweet - inactive, on 10/07/2008, -1/+2IFPI.. it's time to start learning..
- Vektuz, on 10/08/2008, -0/+1Well, considering that in a US criminal case, guilt must be proven beyond reasonable doubt, it would be a reasonable defense in the USA too - if the cases were criminal.
Civil cases only have to be 50% proven (essentially) - KibibyteBrain, on 10/08/2008, -0/+1...in Denmark apparently. Wish that was the case everywhere.

- nikki2300dk, on 10/28/2008, -0/+0In denmark, we pay some weird 'blank media' tax here that indirectly compensates artists for piracy. So in a way, we all do our part.
I don't think IFPI needs to come in and tell us how to take care of things. I'm sure the government will fight strongly against having any outside influence on the danish legal system. We are such a small country though, half the size of Maine, how can they care much what we do here? In any case they won't find it easy to push denmark around. We are little but also stubborn. ;)
The logic of the court cases amuses me, they are playing dumb I think. I doubt it's a precedent that will hold up for long. - inactive, on 10/08/2008, -7/+1http://www.obamacrimes.com/ hate to bust your bubble but obama is not a citizen i want people to know the truth please for America this is for our Constitution. we are losing our rights please stand up and be strong Macain is a warmonger boycott the election.
