- spikepeck, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I do not agree with you. There is no disgrace in Hogan's actions or the supposed lack there of. There is no follow up interview with Hogan that can give his side of the story. The use of Hogan's name to attract readers to this story is understandable, but the real story in this whole thing is how the Tampa PD screwed the pooch on the investigation and moved forward to prosecute someone with out substantial evidence. Hogan was just giving the police all he had to go by...he did not have a bank tape either.
