ok, back on topic - while the tips aren't necessarily new, this article is definitely helpful to those starting a website.
There are actually quite a few new webmasters that don't know much about how to properly get their website out to the public (I am including myself in there :p ). I for one had never thought of submitting any of my websites to 'site of the week' contests, as I hadn't heard of them more than a couple times.
Sometimes it can be difficult to decipher what advice is good advice, and oftentimes that advice comes in the form of 'pay for your visitors', which is why this article gets a digg from me :) - RickySan65, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0lame, same old tips again..
