- webbingOC, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I have to agree with Kendirect, I too found this article not useful. How to use RSS in a marketing campaign is a moot point if it's unclear how the data is collected and published via RSS. It really should have described how an RSS feed is published, the tools needed to publish, AND tools needed to even read a RSS feed (RSS reader or aggregator). I normally like articles Site Pro provides, and held on to this one until I could read it completely. Long wait for nothing... I couldn't wait to delete this one.
- Kendirect, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Maybe I don't have enough technical knowledge to be reading this article. I have no idea what RSS stands for and the article never told me. It also never told me waht it was it just told me that I needed it very much. Maybe I can do a search on RSS and learn a little more.
I read a lot of the articles from Site Pro and I understand most of them but this one did not help me.
Ken - turftroll, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I look forward to the articles written by Kim Roach, they are always informative and contain more than enough new useful ideas to keep me busy improving my business. For the newsletters and sales letters I receive she writes the most informative and relevant pieces. Thank you Kim!
