I was signed up for this exactseek spam list when I submitted a site through them, but I don't filter these newsletters as they are actually full of useful tips like this one. They keep driving home an obviously valid point - if your content is valuable, people will keep coming back for more, and they won't care about how you monetise the content (spam, ads, etc). Content quality is paramount!
