marquette.edu — If you can travel to Milwaukee Wisconsin, walk into this university's library and ask the librarian to show you it. Public access is allowed. Besides most of Tolkein's original stuff, this includes the Dr. Richard E. Blackwelder (1910-2001) collection (the biggest one out there), and three other major collections of secondary work.
