If you were a man, you would have been arrested by now. - russizm, on 10/12/2007, -3/+49I dunno, angry sex has it's place.
- micha, on 10/12/2007, -2/+32What is this sex thing people talk about all the time, is it something you can do on the internet?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+29angry sex is fine, as long as it makes you happy to do it :)
- aplusplus, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27Having sex while you're sad isn't so bad. I mean, if someone is trying to make you feel better... there's no better way to go about it.
- threepio, on 10/12/2007, -1/+23Sex 2.0 isn't so much a download as the use of CSS, RSS, non-serif fonts and more rounded edges in the bedroom.
I told my girl she was Sex 2.0 and she slapped me. Apparently the rounded edges thing can be taken the wrong way. - allanak, on 10/12/2007, -7/+26Sexuality and the internet? So you teach how to find free porn?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+20I'll stick to my drunk party sex thank you.

- IMesh, on 10/12/2007, -3/+13"But. . . I'm a 'happy sex' person. . . who likes having sex when they're sad? haha"
More like who can be sad when you having sex. - andreo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10@mcgirt
I'll take an average looking woman that knows what she's doing and knows how to have fun over a great looking woman that has moves and personality equal to a blow-up doll any day. - mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11probably because they write good articles about tech and tech-related news..

--from the article--
"SexInfo is not a live advice line, although ISIS is working to secure funding to expand in that direction. Rather, you send a text message (SEXINFO) to the service (36617) to establish contact.
The service replies with a list of possible situations: "if ur condom broke," "if u need 2 talk now," "if someone's hurting u."
Each situation includes a special code, such as "A1" or "F10." Reply with that code and you will receive helpful information on the spot -- in fewer than 160 characters. For example, if your condom broke: "u may b at risk 4 STDs+HIV women can also be prgnant UCSF teen clinic MWF 1-5 400 Parnassus; 353-2002. City Clinic 356 7th St 487-5500 MWF 8-3 TuTh 1-3." - kindrobot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5You guys are seriously with the wrong women then. Wow. No laughing during sex?
You know, taking sex too seriously can put pressure on a woman, and that's
disaster if she's already insecure about her body or her sexuality. - kindrobot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5@achoi:

A "professional" company using l33tsp34k as part of it's service only furthers the acceptibility of the slang in unecessary and unproductive venues. - darkwurm, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5I guess this kinda stuff is a step in the right direction. Perhaps down the line people will actually be able to have an intelligent conversation about sex in public with everyone around them going ape. How as humans we got to the population we have with such a prudish nature I'll never know.
- SilentPurity, on 10/12/2007, -5/+9The internet is for p0rn! Why do you the think the net was born? p0rn! p0rn! p0rn!
- mistshadow2k4, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Not every human culture has been like that -- in fact, there are plenty around today that aren't. Holland, Japan and others have a far more open view of sexuality, not even assuming that seeing anything sexual is harmful to children. Interestingly, these countries have a far lower proportion of abuse and violence aimed at women and also a lower proportion of child molestation. Really; look it up. (Note that I mean proportional comparisons of the population, not raw numbers.)
- andreo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I've never been into "cybersex" or phone sex (with someone I didn't know). I just never know who's on the other end and why should I get myself worked up over someone that's 1000 miles away. But I have to agree that communication and having fun when having sex is key.
I've had girlfriends that were shy about sex and believed that it was something they had to do to keep their mate happy. And I have to say that sex almost becomes a chore after a while with them. The last woman that I went out with really had a hard time relaxing and realizing that sex is supposed to be fun. She even admitted that due to her strict Catholic upbringing that she's embarrassed about talking about sex and even feels a little guilty about trying to have fun when she's doing it.
I've had girlfriends that truly enjoyed sex and it was playful and fun for both of us. There wasn't any type of pattern to when (or where) we had sex. They weren't afraid to tell me what they wanted or made them feel good and wasn't ashamed to ask or hear me tell them what I wanted to try.
While a relationship shouldn't revolve around sex. I do think that if that component is lacking or just not fun (or happy as the writer describes it) then the relationship could run into problems. If cybersex lets one or both of the partners open up and get to know what the other (and themself) wants then more power to cybersex. - mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4LOL.. ok THAT was funny.
i'm cracking up here.. - kindrobot, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5My dad said that if a woman isn't laughing and smiling when she has sex with you, she is with someone.
- chocolatespoon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4That's exactly what I was thinking throught the article. "Something about the computer takes away the embarrassment around sexuality" duh, lady.
- YourTechSupport, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4That needs to be a t-shirt.

- WhiskerTheMad, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3@mistshadow2k4:
Not that I totally disagree with you, but I'd like to note that the Holland Japan, and others have a lower proportion of *reported* sexual abuse cases. Others, I'm not too sure about, but Japan is still a very male-dominated society. If there is abuse then "she probably deserved it" is the excuse likely to carry the day; also, wives are still viewed broadly as property. This leads to much lower reporting.
Bear in mind that there's more to the story than raw numbers will tell you. - chocolatespoon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I'm assuming you're american? Me, too. We totally have issues when it comes to sex.
- stalyn, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Achoi..

Funny that you should mention Sex 2.0. Regina just happened to write a book called "The Sexual Revolution 2.0" which I highly recommend. She talks about the book here in this interview that I did with her.

If you like Regina Lynn, I did an interview with her here:
http://madpenguin.org/cms/index.php/index.php?m=show&id=6659
Regina is both really hot as an individual, and also a visionary. In fact, part of the reason that she's so friggin' hot is that she _is_ such a visionary. - mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2..what's so funny about that?
