- nathanchase, on 05/06/2009, -0/+1The only digital media streaming device with full 1080i HDTV support?
I think not. Feast your eyes fellow Diggers:

- ethank, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This does not have DVI. Roku claimed, when asked in a slashdot comment (by me incidently) that it would prove to be too complex:
"We didn't choose to add DVI because of the additional cost and complexity. We felt that customers would overall be well served with component and and vga. Of course, DVI is being considered for future products.

Sounds moronic to me. Why make an HD product without pixel to pixel HD support? This is why we hooked a mac up to our plasma :) - keylime, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I like xbmc as much as the next guy, but it won't play HD video at a watchable frame rate.
- fireface100, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0forgot to mention, the xbox does all video formats and HD as well as SD go check out www.xbox-scene.com for details
- portersa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'll take my macMini with DVI out any day over this thing. You get all the features mentioned, plus a full featured desktop.
- maDDHatter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0wait till Blueray players come out before wasting anymore money on other players.
