- bongo, on 10/11/2007, -1/+148To put it bluntly, all of the products listed suck.
- shadowswordth, on 10/11/2007, -1/+119Reader Rabbit 90% off? Count me in!
- Mewchu11, on 10/11/2007, -3/+108Pretty useful, but most of the things you'll find are total crap. It's kinda like if amazon ran woot.com

what??? $17,000 sunglasses? - antiver, on 10/11/2007, -4/+65There's nothing "hacked" about this. Most of the heavily discounted items are used. Hence, they're cheap. The links are simply Amazon searches for items that are a given percentage off. Buried as "submitted to digg by an idiot."
- JordanM85, on 10/11/2007, -0/+42I clicked on 90% off, and it is certainly not showing me things 90% off. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I don't care enough to waste any more time on this though.
- unloud, on 10/11/2007, -1/+35Wow. 99% off and I still can't afford it. That's Sony for ya.
- cjhandley, on 10/11/2007, -2/+33BREAKING NEWS: AMAZING HACKS!!!!
- wilf_brim, on 10/11/2007, -4/+34How dare you dis the goodness known as woot.com Woot offs are one of the great things about the internet.
- mmgreenmms, on 10/11/2007, -1/+29Nuh uh, I found some cheap donkey kong bongos
- ZephyrNinety, on 10/11/2007, -1/+27How is that considered hacking?
- BobOrleans, on 10/11/2007, -1/+27From the reviews:
"I bought this pair of sunglasses back when it was well over 16,000... I don't remember the exact details because I'm rich like that. Do I feel all red faced after seeing they are now so much cheaper!
I can see things more clearly now. " - BrokenLaptop, on 10/11/2007, -0/+25Something is not right in here.

- spargett, on 10/11/2007, -0/+19This one is interesting... A Sony Camcorder kit that's $169,060.04 off. Originally $169,999.99. WOW! What a deal!
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-HDR-HC5-Definition-Camcorder-Accessory/dp/B000NLZ0DS/ref=sr_1_55/102-9124832-2248161?ie=UTF8&s=photo&qid=1183614059&sr=1-55 - monkeyrun, on 10/11/2007, -0/+19If they can sell something at 90% off, in most case that thing is worthless.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19search != hack
- randomgeek, on 10/11/2007, -1/+17There are several things wrong here. First, why is Amazon selling meat? Second, any meat that is 90% off scares the hell out of me. Third, how the ***** is 1lb of meat $78 to begin with? Ain't no cow worth $78 a pound.
- leek, on 10/11/2007, -1/+16Probably a typo... cut off 2 zeros and you end up with 169.00$... which makes a little more sense!
- Jest, on 10/11/2007, -0/+13A Lite-On 16X DVDRW Sata drive "retails" for $449.99?? Their pricing is on crack.
- OBKenobi, on 10/11/2007, -2/+16How much for the woman?
- cookiebearo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+14actually, with the rebate, they pay you $49.99 to take it off their hands
it's that that whole service plan part to it though ;o - theworldisround, on 10/11/2007, -2/+16Yeah. That's almost the same as "10.99 + 5.98 shipping". You've blown the lid right off this thing.
- tizz66, on 10/11/2007, -0/+13For a while now, Amazon's advertised prices have included their Marketplace items. It sucks, because I want to buy from Amazon, not some other person using Amazon's site, but it's increasingly difficult to separate the two. Therefore, 90% off means that at least one of their marketplace sellers has it 90% cheaper, even if Amazon's price is the RRP.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+13Looks like it's mostly junk.
- rivviepop, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Check out this *awesome* lead acid floppy drive! :)

- Yareking, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12i wish i could have 90% on something usefull...
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10No, no, no, you got it all wrong. A REAL steal, would be downloading it from Blackcats or Demonoid. :P
- merreborn, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12BREAKING: Ron Paul downloads Ubuntu on MPAA iPhone [AMAZING PICS]

Buy new: $249.99 Now: $17.99
OK, 90% off a ridiculous markup is not really 90% off. Everyone sells these cards for $17.99 now. - crazyjeff0, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8$.99 Blue beaded ***** ring ftw
http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Beaded-Male-Ring-Erection/dp/B000NHTGKA/ref=sr_1_9/104-7931746-6999101?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1183610073&sr=1-9 - Ngai, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7you save....$169,060.04 (99%)

The discounted price is more than the retail price.
HAHAH - computergod, on 10/11/2007, -1/+8People tend to click/digg anything that says it will let them 'hack' something, maybe not such an idiot after all.

"The product description is incorrect. Unfortunately, this model does not read OR burn Blu-Ray discs." - ryanvsrobots, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7that's the normal price now adays...
- Frozo, on 10/11/2007, -3/+10I think most people arent getting the fact that if you buy a product from Amazon that was directed from someone's outside link, that someone gets a percentage of any sales made. This is a bogus submission, designed to get money from using the digg effect. As someone else said, this is nothing more than SPAM.
- psykiv, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Yes, amazon does have ridiculously good prices on cell phones. I got my blackberry 8800 there for -$25 after rebate. Its pretty much $300+ anywhere else.
- MasteRR, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6$20 after shipping on newegg.
- Powerdrift, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6Haha check out the"Bestsellers in related categories"
- funkyjunk3, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8lol, they probably just jacked up the price to make it look like its a better savings.
17000 dollar glasses don't make sense, especially on someplace like Amazon. Sotheby's Auction house? maybe. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7I'm tempted to buy this
http://www.amazon.com/Beef-Patties-Frozen-intense-marbling/dp/B000PHN4JM/ref=sr_1_1/002-9891204-1150462?ie=UTF8&s=gourmet-food&qid=1183594289&sr=1-1 - catalysis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5This is just the discount off the MSRP. You can find this stuff for the same price anywhere on the internet.
- ckpcw, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Get that $16000 in cash iPhone eBay wannabe lady to buy all these.. think of the ebay value! even if you sold each one for a mere 100grand!
