- Harboggles, on 01/07/2009, -0/+23I can't wait to see the first video on youtube of Obama drunk with a lampshade on his head.
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -2/+19damn, i hate when this happens.
on one article, everyones loving obama calling him hope and change
then, on another everyones calling him a lie, a puppet, an illuminati member
this also happens on other types of articles. for example, people use memes correctly on one article and get a million diggs. On another article they use a meme and get dugg down for contributing to the idiocy that is 4chan, or something.
/anti-caps rant - Infowarsdotcom, on 01/08/2009, -9/+24I wish it was a reason to celebrate.
I'm optimistic but I'm not naive. He's a puppet just like 95% of the Democrats and Republicans. - inactive, on 01/08/2009, -3/+15Ah, Google. The megacorp that donated megabucks to Obama. And then their CEO got a cushy position in the government after Obama was elected.
No, no shenanigans there. Only Republicans are bought and paid for. - analogissoft, on 01/08/2009, -2/+12I bet McCain shows up and dumps in all the coats.
- Pyrrish, on 01/08/2009, -3/+9What's one way to make George Bush feel like the red-headed step child on his way out of the White House? Get the interwebs to throw the new President a party, of course!
- tyler0is0sexy, on 01/08/2009, -1/+6Kucinich and Gravel should crash it...
- Infowarsdotcom, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4Ron Paul could too.
They're the only three people who ran for president as a Democrat or Republican who aren't members of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Not familiar with the CFR?
"David Rockefeller joined the council as its youngest-ever director in 1949 and subsequently became chairman of the board from 1970 to 1985; today he serves as honorary chairman."
"For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will.
If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it." -David Rockefeller, from his autobiography "Memoirs"
Kissinger is/was Rockefeller's right-hand man and he said this recently: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KD3BqK-9ZiU - liquisoft, on 01/08/2009, -3/+7I don't see Obama being fun at parties.
- fasda, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4"Rape the Tax payers" holy ***** you are melodramatic not even the highest tax bracket would pay more then what 40% and that would be before they get their accountants on the case
- betona, on 01/08/2009, -0/+3Years ago when he ran a large company (and the Dems ran both houses), my dad said they all can be bought; it was just that the Democrats were cheaper.
- Cyberen, on 01/08/2009, -1/+4Obama appoints a top lawyer for the RIAA to his cabinet. Real reason to celebrate for internet?
- benitojuarez, on 01/08/2009, -1/+4Ive been made fun of for saying i voted for obama, now im starting to become a little disillusioned following his recent choices in appointees e.g. RIAA lawyers and sanjay gupta. I also am from chicago so i always tend to pull for my own but conversely our state goverment has always been so damn corrupt, daley, blago, ryan, etc. so i begin to wonder if obama is any different. It takes a special kind of person to disenchant me so quickly and makes me worry a bit about the next 4 years.
- zakbroman, on 01/08/2009, -3/+6inb4 conservatives complaining about Democrats having fun
- aceslick911, on 01/08/2009, -2/+5i feel you man... digg is a mix of liberals, moderates and the every-now-and-then conservative lunatic.
hey atleast there's variety? - novenator, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2pw378, the top tax bracket in the US is 35%, and only if you make over $350k/yr. I'm not trying to dispute your figures, just saying if you make this much, you are a whole hell of a lot better off than a vast majority of the people in this country.
ps. bay area housing prices are ridiculous, I concur. Have they come down at all with the mortgage crisis? - aekdbbop, on 01/08/2009, -1/+3you mean the internet wants to celebrate Obama? Shouldn't it be the other way around? He wouldn't have been elected without it!
- datagod, on 01/08/2009, -2/+4What was inevitable was that his policies would be financially no different from the previous adminsitration: Rape the Taxpayers
- KibblesnBitts, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2I like the idea....but I have tickets to one of the Inaugural Balls.....that's what happens when you live in the most conservative district in your state and call your representative's office at 9 am the day after the election

- pw378, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2For every dollar I add to my paycheck, I will pay just short of 50% in Federal and State payroll taxes. That doesn't even include sales taxes which is another 9% on top of payroll taxes. Don't even try to convince me that taxes aren't raping the American worker. I live in California, work in computer engineering, and I am NOT rich. I can't even afford a freaking house out here. WTF!
- novenator, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Go to your local pub to celebrate. I already have mine picked out.
- fasda, on 01/08/2009, -2/+4well with the down turn in the economey that was inevitable well unless we cut out most of the government
- jtobe, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1I guess you haven't seen this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsWpvkLCvu4

Are you calling him marx? - inactive, on 01/08/2009, -4/+4The rockstar persona is really paying off, BHO has corporate groupies lining up to @#$$@#$ him!
- dawna67, on 01/08/2009, -4/+2cool, that's a first
- asgardshill, on 01/08/2009, -5/+2In other news, Rotten.com announced its anti-Inaugural bash for the Republicans. Yes, there will be some good fapping to be had there for the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Karl Rove, Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter. Go wild, Pubbies!
- datagod, on 01/08/2009, -11/+8Ok, what part of "change" did you infer to mean "deficits for the forseeable future"???
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -9/+54 Obama non-citizenship cases now scheduled for “Conference” by SCOTUS (January 9, January 16 twice, and January 23).
there might not be an inauguration - aceslick911, on 01/08/2009, -6/+2its a conspiracy man! cant a bro just smoke his crack in peace...
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -8/+2I dunno, hes an expert on the constitution.
