Storage for all that services imply that there is an editor included, too.

None of those are part of any of those screen shots. This is just screen shots of what this person thinks Google's homepage will look like in the future. It has nothing to do with any office package. And the one screenshot of five that is titled Office only shows stuff that they already have out. And storage of Word and Excel files doesn't count as a word process or for a spreadsheet app.
