- junkfood, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Silentspyder - RSS simply saves time. I read news from all over the Web every night. If I spent the time to go to every Web site for the news, it would take all night. With an RSS reader, I can skim the headlines from dozens of sites in minutes. Some feeds allow me to read the whole story from my reader, others give me a teaser and make me click on the link (taking me to the page) for the whole story. Even in that case, I'm only opening the stories I want.
- madprof, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Praise be to the almighty Google. I have been waiting for this for a long time!
- streetbeav3r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this is old yet its pretty cool
- ep0niks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0 Wow RSS is so new right now
It's about time Google add RSS feed to it's news service.. - prax, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0And while we all love Google, its RSS handling is the suck.
- vern, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0About time!
- dude3609, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ive been using rss feeds for about a week now through google personal homepage.. THIS IS OLD!
- kpelley, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0About damn time they did this.
- elamr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah, its cool but PAX is right, the handling sux. Google should steal/hire the guys that did Yahoos RSS feeds-- that thing is VERY well designed. Having trouble getting my feed in there though it has no problem anywhere else.
- siouxmoux, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It about time google supported rss feeds, what took them so long to this. I been using yahoo and topix news for my rss feeds needs. I am glad i and add google ones to rss reader.
- nickstarr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This isn't old, this is Google News articles as RSS Feeds, not simply RSS feeds on your personalized Google homepage. There is a HUGE difference.
- c367dotcom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0didnt google shut someone down for writing code that did this and offering it. They said they didn't want their news stories going out through RSS. Now they offer it.
They did this with Adsense in RSS feeds. killed peoples accounts for doing it. Then offer it themselves.
I don't like the way google has been doing things lately. - larsinio, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Now google can claim 95 billion more webpages than Yahoo.
- SilentSpyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Im a noob, I still don't see a diffrence between going to a RSS page and a regular web page.
- JWood, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I've been waiting for them to finally have an RSS feed.
- vanlandw, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0good to see they finally did this...adding it to my news reader..thanks
- ikisai, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0just added the RSS feed to URR for Konfabulator, works very nicely alongside my Digg for stories widget !
- camalot, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0This is a duplicate story, your about 4 hours late:
