- MrScotchBoy, on 06/09/2009, -1/+8this is truly interesting stuff, i wonder if they are playing around in smaller markets...
- martrinex, on 06/10/2009, -0/+5Since the images show up with the site and not the keywords and are always the same I assume the images were simply entered on the sitemap.xml file and set-up specific to Google, and no image recognition software is being used in those examples...
- Burento, on 06/09/2009, -1/+6It is great if you are shopping or looking for stuff with a desire to see images included, like celeb or if you are shopping for shoes or something. Interesting none the less.
- nicetrynext, on 06/10/2009, -0/+3Um... those are the standard Google image results. They show up as a separate listing result. They link back to Google Images.
This example shows images that are all from the same site and display inline with the site's URL in the search results. The images link direct back to the search result URL not Google Images. Very different. - adlas, on 06/09/2009, -0/+3thank for sharing :D

- taikyokuken, on 06/10/2009, -0/+1You can also get google preview for firefox. Not exactly the same thing, but it's actually more useful than this I think.
- sh1tman, on 06/10/2009, -0/+1It doesn't seem like you are trying as hard today.
- jamesdew, on 06/10/2009, -0/+1Swedes in my experience have a high level of technical competence on average. Possibly in part due to their unfairly fast internet they have been enjoying all these years.
- 123bucklemyshoe, on 06/10/2009, -1/+2Um I'm not interested in trolls or magic but okay. Um and by the way I was part of the original programming team for Google and Fedora I don't like to bring it up because I try to be modest but it was really easy to program both at the same time because I'm fluent in a lot of programming languages.
- Wesside, on 06/10/2009, -1/+2Wow you were on the original programming team for Google AND Fedora? /s
You forgot to add that you're interested in trolls and magic. - JBizness, on 06/10/2009, -0/+1Your profile says you're 24, but you were one of the original programmers for Google? You must be a genius! And because of all your awesome comments, I too am extremely interested in science and programming!
- sindex, on 06/10/2009, -1/+2Is Guest blogger Jenise Uehara Henrikson new to the Internet?
- svivian, on 06/10/2009, -2/+2No, it hasn't. How about reading the article properly?
- jasdf, on 06/10/2009, -2/+2Hasn't Google always had images in the search results?
- inactive, on 06/10/2009, -1/+1hahaha, dugg for "nothing new". Indeed, this article is a week older, but in the internet era, this comes as old fashion.
- jamdogg, on 06/10/2009, -1/+1The best website for this type of thing is searchme.com. That website just oozes potential.
- inactive, on 06/10/2009, -1/+1Interesting, but just for the record: the first three are payed insertions of publicity for that combination of words. THEN comes the search result.
- quiksilver13, on 06/10/2009, -1/+0old news
- 123bucklemyshoe, on 06/10/2009, -3/+1Yeah Google is experimenting with images in search results. I'm extremely interested in science and programming and I was on the original programming team, of Google so I have a lot of inside knowlege and such not to brag I'm just basically saying that yeah they are experimenting with images in, search results basically.
- inactive, on 06/10/2009, -5/+0Guest blogger Jenise Uehara Henrikson is in internet marketing, focusing on urban clothing and streetwear.
