Out of principle I didn't review his site, but your arguments are valid. You should have had him send you $100 and then written an article for him. You could of posted it under a title like: "How to Guarantee Business Failure".

Of couse this guy thinks a spammy way. Of course he does not want to understand what is digg.com is about, even his english does not sound as english, but these people, they grow in 3d world. It is much harder to earn money in these countries. And they are trying their best to live better life, maybe he is spaming digg.com right now, but he is human anyway.
