I'd like control of my own dns records, thanks. www.dot.tk has the same problem. The only free dns you can get that I know of is from freedns.afraid.org. Otherwise you need to spend the money on a domain.

Godaddy actually charge $17.49 per .be domain (even at the moment). We are charging $20 per year to give everyone a fair price. We don't charge for name server changes or for transfer away (leaving fees).
The promotion will be running until Jan 31st. There is still a large queue on the registry but we're working through it. Thanks - Nick e3
