The need to nurse in public IS NOT THE SAME as taking photos of you nursing in public! Kid gets hungry? By all means, give him a boob. If you feel the need to take a photo of this moment, by all means, keep it to yourself! And just in case you didn't know, when you post your photos to Facebook, you lose all rights to them! Facebook can use them for whatever purpose they see fit. Sell them, delete them, photoshop, put it on a banner, you lose the digital rights to them.
Buy your own domain, pay for server costs and you can do whatever the hell you want. Personally, I see nothing wrong with breastfeeding. I don't find it pornographic, lewd or whatever. But I do understand others may not have the same view and there are some who might be uncomfortable upon seeing such images. Indeed it is a natural thing to do but IF it just being "natural" is the argument here we can also say it is also natural to defecate, have sex and urinate. Do we need to post pictures of that too?
Many times I have seen women whip out their breast in public especially when riding a jeepney, a mode of public transportation where I live, to feed their babies. I have noticed the reaction of people, men mostly just look away especially when they are seated close together. It does get very uncomfortable.
