If it works by just putting all the submitted email addresses in rotation on the home page, it'll have to do better than that, because there aren't enough web spiders around to have a fast acting response. It needs to actively submit to dodgy sites, which is pretty easy to do with a php script and php curl. As long as the volume of email addresses is small, it should be ok, although if it gets big, your spammers might notice they get a lot of hits from your php "bot", which gives bad email addresses (cos they have a low success rate).
