FCC Chairman: everybody in US must be in on "broadband revolution"

arstechnica.com — Speaking to the NXTcomm telecom conference in Chicago this morning, FCC Chairman Kevin Martin made a case for increased investment in broadband infrastructure, saying that the FCC's role is to ensure everyone in the country is able to take advantage of the "broadband revolution."

  • halfcockedjack, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I hate the idea of having to count on the cable and DSL providers to come through in order for me to get in on the "broadband revolution." I wish the FCC advocated more for consumers and less for business.
