- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+25whoever thought up that name should be sacked
- movieguyjon, on 04/03/2009, -0/+13Revision3 needs to work on some of their older shows before making anything new.
- racecarjones, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12I wish they would just make more episodes of thebroken
- S4LEEN, on 10/12/2007, -1/+920 minutes a month? come on now, that's a little to much.
- PigThief, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10Why the terrible name? I'm happy for Revision3's growth, but I've wanted to smash my head into a wall every time I see anything spelled with an 8 since I was forced to listen to "Sk8r Boi."
- ajb2015, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8you digg him down but he has a point. revision 3 has a crappy release frequency. diggnation and pixelperfect are about the only shows with regular updates. they are also among the few that have more than a few episodes
- racecarjones, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8actually ima huge music nerd, so im interested to see this.
- plasticated, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Great to see Revision3 being a little more forward looking, rather than simply catering to the tech geeks.
- Afroman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6But, they don;t update anything else but, Diggnation.
All the other shows, don;t get updated..
So another show to sit at episode.. 3-5 - Bunkalnarf, on 10/12/2007, -7/+11How many episodes will this show last? I'm guessing 7.
- RadiantBeing, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5The name is totally extreme. 90's translation: XTR3M3.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6If I make a website with ~20 short videos to download can I be a tv network too?
- ghelton, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4@fkr2
Diggnation alone has 86 episodes, they may not be a 24 hour station but they regularly produce quality content. - beggersfunk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I like the first show. DatPolics is really cool band who experiment with Computer, old school toys and etc. For people who is not into this type of tunes may find out boring. But for a musician like me is another dimension of music, its very inspirational. You have to have open mind for it. I know where Revision 3 heading with this show and i hope it is in a right direction.
- dosle, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5people who are turned off by the magazine's name aren't the same people who would be interested in what is published in it anyhow.
- sishgupta, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4It's from the 90's...
I'm not justifying it, I'm just saying that's why it is so bad. I hated the 90's. - ReapCorp, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I like it. Finally something that makes me stop watching all the crap that MTV shows and the new FUSE TV. Just hope they make the episodes a little bit longer.
- Jerky1312, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I agree the name is horrible, but it looks like in order to collaborate with that magazine/site, they had to incorporate their name into the show's name. This is a way for that magazine site to promote themselves as well, so even if the guys at Revision3 tried to persuade them to use a different name, they probably wouldn't budge. I'd simply say, try to ignore the name of the show and let's give the show a chance by their content. I think its a smart move to tackle that particular area, independent music is on the rise with all the issues with the RIAA has on their plate.
- isajeep, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4What the hell? It's almost like some of you have never even heard of the magazine before. I have a few issues of it sitting somewhere around here. Just what kinds of music do geeks listen to? The internet knocks mainstream music and underground stuff, while pirating all of it.
It's a cool mag. - Nerfdude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2crap. when i saw "show" i thought they meant "event", which, to me, translates to "great excuse to fly to the west coast". oh well, this should be alright too :D
- psbpv3o, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5The first episode sucks. So boring....
- djbelieve, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1About time they brought electronic music to Revision3.
- djbelieve, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@ImTheDarkcyde-
This coming from someone named ImTheDarkcyde? As others have pointed out, XLR8R started in the 90's before all of this Instant Message 'C U L8R' l33t n00b crap was popularized. At the time the name was okay with most of us in the electronic music scene...we never gave it a second thought.
@sishgupta-
The 90's sucked? You must have been in the wrong place at the wrong time...for those of you who missed out on the early rave scene (the underground parties), you missed out on something really good. Not too mention the revived punk scene, underground publishing, increased global awareness, etc. - Teaboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Nobody remembers MadOnion?!
It had a funky easter egg! - tomi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The music is, not the show.
- volcompimp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1ZION I FTW!!!
My friend just did the artwork for Zion I's newest mixtape that's comin out soon.
From the looks of it, they're trying to go a little more mainstream pretty soon.
I heard that Heroes of the City of Dope sucked though (Zion I & Grouch's last CD). - tomi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1*smiles and nods*
Looks like someone missed their nap today! - Petronski, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Alex Jones is a charlatan or an idiot fool, and yet, somehow, you believe that crap he spews.
Too bad so sad. - ratbear, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Love me some grouch and def jux.
- adaptdev, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2weak. weak on all fronts...xlr whatever has been sucking for awhile...you cannot augment the sucking and hope it turns out well.
- mageofdeath, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1agreed, we need more broken, less mtv2 and fuse attempts at underground...
- derkles, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2"Tis ain't underground music at all. Just more 'lectronic goofus-core. Kid 606 is about as pedestrian as Brit "Curley" Spears. With the death of Arthur Mag I guess this is as good as it gets. Sigh . . . damn I miss Bananafish Magazine. http://www.5minutesonline.com/ft/bffeat/BANANAFISH%20COVER.htm
Arthur Mag
http://www.arthurmag.com/news/index.php - Sethwm2, on 10/12/2007, -7/+4Made the front page... Still think that it is underground?
- edmondsonj, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1AGREE!!!
DIGG UP! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0WOW. Of course everyone knows that Kevin Rose is the guy who started, and as far as I know still the main guy running this website "DIGG.com".
Well, he used to be someone I looked forward to watching on TechTv and then later I downloaded his internet TV programs.
Now I'm hearing that DIGG labled all infowars.com .net and prisonplanet.com articles SPAM!!!
Banned them!!!
Unbelievable!!!
Now apparently playing childish games that a younge man running a game server might do, against Alex Jones.
I used to think Kevin Rose had class. This is supposed to be a "totally democratic" system, which is what has created the extreme popularity OF DIGG.
Kevin, you ignorant slut!!!
The biggest bonehead smart guy I've ever seen. Alex Albretcht should put his foot up your ass!!!
After all, that IS what friends are for...
Are you brainwashed too, with this whole,"...when ever someone says there is corruption, they are just conspiracy theorists. All people are good, nobody every conspires..."
Have you not noticed that that same phrase is being parrotted over and over lately?
Dude, you're not that dumb... I think?
On the other hand, I can image the thought you may have of,"well, I don't want our site becoming one of *those* sites." but come on, you have to stick to your pure democratic system, or you are going to get a bad name.
Whats more important, your name or seeing a few headlines you don't like?
Think about it... ...and btw Kev, congrats on your success.
FREEDOM!!!

I'm not really sure why I bothered Googling that :( - clink0914, on 10/12/2007, -9/+2Def Jux!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -15/+3Let me guess, nothing but punk bands and no name rap artists?
No thanks.
