- Tonyisbad, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0A buddy of mine showed me this deal earlier, him and another already have it. So i ordered it after dell offered me a sweet line of credit, can't beat 287 for a super sweet 19inch LCD. Oh yeah the total price for monitor with tax is 304, oh well its still a sweet piece of goodness.
- Cobra_Rob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Think I am getting this right now for the wife.... This way when I order a 2405 for me... I should not get yelled at ROFL
- adml_shake, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I have one of these at work, great for a office enviroment. Probably wouldn't get one for gamming. But video looks pretty nice on it also...
- besouza, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I use one of these at work. VERY NICE, although the widescreen versions that the engineers use are a lot nicer.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0 Once you go widescreen you never go back. I'll save my money.
- idgaf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I already have a 2005FPW and couldn't pass up a 1905FP at this price.
K3X3VPQ14C83W$ did not work but I called Dell and got that price w/free shipping plus good ol' sales tax. - Calculon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I just bought a 19" Samsung LCD with *8ms* response time off NewEgg.com for 309.. a much better display and deal!
- guises, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0don't understand why dell canada never does deals like this...
- ksgant, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah, I have the Samsung 915n which is 8ms response time. The only negative I can give this monitor is that it doesn't have a DFI connection. But honestly, I don't miss it. We're talking about a razor sharp, bright 19" monitor here that has a great price.
- PacoBell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ouch. Maybe I spoke too soon =P http://graphics.tomshardware.com/display/20050602/viewsonic-05.html
- imtigger2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The visual quality of the Dell flat panels are unmatched, in my opinion of course. ... and I'm not a Dell fanboy, I truly don't care for their service or their PC's.
- at165db, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Just a heads up, that looks like it's a 20 ms response time. That's a bit slow for my tastes, but that is a CHEAP LCD none the less!
- mikson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Fast 20 ms response time yea its
- PacoBell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah, I'm not diggin' that 20ms response time when there are other flatpanel monitors with 4ms response time for roughly the same price.
- linuxathome, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I just got one of these: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1338779&CatId=170 from ecost at the same price tigerdirect is selling them now ($240 AR). Rebate is limited time only. I'm very impressed with the simple design and at 16ms, the response time appears to be faster than this Dell. Is the "ultrasharp" quality that much better than run-of-the-mill 19inch LCDs?
- Demagogue, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Dell canada doesnt do deals liek this because they dont get all the orders for one. What happens is when dell gets toomany orders from one thing, they bump the price for another thing down so they can still get their orders out on time and people switch over.
- imtigger2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0just used the coupon, works GREAT... bought 2 of them. I have the 2001FP and LOVE IT. At 20ms it's mighty fine for gaming. This was THE monitor used to demo most all games at E3 2004 so I picked one up and I've loved it ever since. The 19" model is perfect for my company and for after hours gaming. Thanks for the code! These will go perfect with the two $24 ATI cards I just got from woot.com yesterday.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I guess this is a good deal, but you can get similar monitors for FREE if you have a little time and a few friends.
