  • mlinksva, on 05/30/2008, -0/+1CC will be extremely careful about this. That's why we did a request for proposals and not a request for bids.
  • michaelGregoire, on 05/30/2008, -0/+1I don't like the sound of that. No matter how much they specify guidelines in the RFP, once another entity owns it... they own it. It's theirs to do whatever they want with. I just hope that CC is extremely careful in checking out the background of all proposing entities.
