Clearwire shareholders approve merger with XOHM Sprint
wimaxed.com — Clearwire shareholders have approved the deal today to merge with Sprint's XOHM business unit. The new joint venture includes also five more strategic partners Google, Intel, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Trilogy Partners and Bright House Networks which will invest 3.2 billion in the new company to roll out wireless WiMAX across US.
