  • reeder, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1No *****. Free wireless coverage for the US would probably be the greatest technological, educational, and communications advance since the moon race, with benefits for all (who would build and maintain it?).

    Since AT$T can't see the money angle (short sighted fools), they ACTIVELY LOBBY the Federal, state, and municipal governments to prevent it, using our $200 billion.

    Thanks AT$T, instead of doing anything constructive, you censor music and spy for a ***** like Bush. And since regulations on the industry are out the window and you bought up almost every teleco, almost every American is forced to use you in some capacity.

    So much for a free country.
